The Hagstrom Super Swede electric guitar is Hagstrom's flagship model since it's introduction in the late 1970's.
The Hagstom Super Swede electric guitar features a single-cut mahogany body, carved maple top, set mahogany neck with Resinator Wood fingerboard with pearl block position markers, a Tune-O-Matic fixed bridge, dual Hastrom Custom 58 Alnico 5 matched covered humbuckers, mini toggle coil tap switch and 3-way toggle pickup selector.
The Hagstrom Super Swede electric guitar's 25.5-inch scale length, provides a bright tone and long sustain. The Hagstrom Super Swede electric guitar naturally features Hagstrom's H-Expander Truss rod providing an ultimately stable neck that will not warp or twist, and also being topped with Hagstrom's own Resinator Fret board material for increased sustain and even tone throughout the entire fret board.
The Hagstrom' Custom 58 pickups fitted on the Hagstrom Super Swede electric guitar, with coil split switch, are equipped on all Hagstrom Super Swede models which provides guitarists with a multitude of rich tonal variation at hand.
The Hagstom Super Swede electric guitar features Hagstrom's H-Expander truss rod which provides tension at both ends with a rigid light weight alloy truss rod which runs the entire length of the neck. The result is a very low action and thin neck.
