Höfner has been building jazz and archtop guitars in Germany since the early fifties. These premium quality instruments, from the traditional to the cutting edge, are at the pinnacle of the jazz guitar world. Featuring a single-cut 17" body, spruce top with flamed maple back and sides, floating humbucker with Volume and Tone controls, and accent touches including an ebony pickguard, tailpiece and bridge. Both are available in natural or sunburst finish.

The HCT-J17 is a cutaway cello-style guitar with a 17" body, spruce top with flamed maple back and sides, a Höfner humbucking pickup mounted on the top with Volume and Tone controls, tortoiseshell scratchplate, and Höfner Lyre tailpiece. Comes in a stunning Natural finish.
